The Essence Music Festival is one of the biggest events of the year. We have already made the travel arrangements for you. Our prices are some of the lowest around and you don’t have to worry about forking over a lump sum of money. We have very convenient monthly payment plans.

General Information:

All payments are non-refundable due to contractual agreements with the hotels and airlines.

Late fee of $10.00 will be incurred after the 20th for monthly payments.

Group air travel can be arranged by one of our travel professionals for groups of 10.  Group air allows you make a deposit and payments on your air fare.  Group must meet a minimum of 10 travelers departing the same home gateway on the same itinerary going to the same destination.  If you are purchasing individual flights you MUST pay for your air in FULL at the time of booking.  Air is ONLY purchased for clients utilizing our hotel packages.

Please note that tickets will ONLY be purchased for Hotel and Ticket Packages.

No individual tickets will be added to Hotel Only packages.  

*Hotel rates are subject to change until fully deposited.  

Single Occupancy must pay $100 deposit to reserve.

Name changes permitted with a nominal fee up until 2/20/13.

ANY additions MUST pay enough to be in line with the group payments.

NO one will be added to the group after 2/20/13.  

Hotel will require you to present a credit card or cash per person for incidentals.

Late fee of $50 per person applied immediately after the final payment date.
